Privacy Policy

Omega AI processes account information and the information users choose to store or submit so it can provide the service. Account credentials and payment verification data are handled by the service and its payment provider as required to operate subscriptions. Do not upload information unless you are authorised to do so. Users can contact support through the in-app Help & Support section to ask about account data or privacy requests. The final production policy must be reviewed against the actual data retention, hosting, analytics and deletion practices before publication.

Terms & Conditions

By using Omega AI, users agree to use the service lawfully, protect their login credentials and upload only information they have the right to process. Service features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. A paid subscription is activated only after the payment is confirmed by the server. Users remain responsible for keeping their own copies of important business documents. Service availability may be affected by maintenance or third-party service interruptions. Final terms should be reviewed for the registered business before launch.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may request subscription cancellation through the in-app Help & Support section. Cancellation requests should include the account email and transaction reference; never send card PINs, passwords or OTPs. A cancellation request does not itself confirm that a refund has been issued. Duplicate charges, failed transactions and other refund requests will be reviewed against the transaction record and applicable law and payment-provider rules. Refund decisions and processing times will be communicated to the customer. The business must confirm its final cancellation and refund terms before submitting this site for review.
