Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users may request subscription cancellation through the in-app Help & Support section. Include the account email and transaction reference. Never send card PINs, passwords or OTPs.

Refund requests

A cancellation request does not itself confirm that a refund has been issued. Duplicate charges, failed transactions and other refund requests will be reviewed against the transaction record and applicable law and payment-provider rules. Refund decisions and processing times will be communicated to the customer.

Before launch

The operating business must confirm the final cancellation window, refund eligibility, processing timelines and support contact details before submitting this website for payment-provider review.
